Q: What are your hours?

A: We are online and generally respond within 24 hours or less of your query.

Q: Do you sell products outside of boxes?

A: Our products come curated in box and basket collections. We also sell some products featured in the boxes, individually.

Q: What is your packaging made of? 

A: Our boxes are beautifully arranged in packaging that we have responsibly sourced/created with the environment in mind: our boxes & note cards are recyclable, and our tissue & stickers are biodegradable printed with soy ink. The vessels used for our baskets are chosen from Canadian companies, knowing that they are reusable, and a beautiful compliment to any space. We are currently evaluating & testing alternatives for basket packaging to eventually replace traditional cello wrapping.

Q: Where do you source your products from? 

A: We lovingly source products from Canadian makers, artisans, and small businesses, many of them made in small batches, and/or by hand. They’re all a little bit different; check our FEATURED MAKERS section for more about the products we carry and the brands that make them. .

Q: What will my box look like when it arrives? 

A: We offer both boxes and baskets, depending on the price and number of products in your selection. 

Our boxes have crinkle cut paper on the interior to protect the product within and are fully recyclable. Biodegradable tissue is used to enclose the products. The box is sealed with a biodegradable sticker, and voila! If you have elected local delivery or pick up, then your box will come wrapped with a satin ribbon around it. 

Our baskets are packed in a reusable vessel with crinkle cut paper inside to protect the product and stage it beautifully within the basket. Cello wraps the basket and contents within. Baskets are secured & accessorized with coordinating ribboning, and, and a gift tag. Local delivery and pick up are available for baskets.

We can work with you to customize your packaging if you’d like a unique look for your brand, or gift recipients - the sky’s the limit! 

Q: What are your delivery options? 

A: Boxes: local delivery (within the GTA), shipping across North America, and local pick up (in Toronto’s  Queen West). 

Baskets: local delivery (within the GTA), and local pick up (in the Queen West area of Toronto).
