We work diligently to select premium made products, and pack all boxes with care, so given the custom nature of our boxes & gifting services, all sales are final.
However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we'd like to work with you to offer the best solution. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged, or if you think you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
